The extent and combination of security and other value-added services offered by the Company have been clearly explained to the Client, and the Client acknowledges full understanding of the same.
The Client agrees to pay yearly recurring usage charges for the continued use of the security service package.
Any additional gadgets, software, or equipment not covered under the selected security service package must be purchased separately by the Client.
The Company shall complete the process of activating and connecting the system for CCTV Monitoring within 15 (fifteen) days, subject to site readiness and no dependencies from the Client.
The internet or telephone line connectivity required for the functioning of the CCTV systems at the Client’s premises shall be the sole responsibility of the Client, and all related costs shall be borne by them.
The Company shall not be responsible for any failure or disruption caused by routers, data cards, internet connectivity, telephone lines, or power supply connected to the service.
The Company shall not be liable for the performance of any gadget, software, or equipment that has been misused, damaged, or stolen from the Client’s premises.
The Company shall not be held responsible for any theft, intrusion, burglary, or break-in occurring at the Client’s premises. The Company does not guarantee the prevention of such incidents.
The Company does not represent or guarantee that its services or provided equipment cannot be compromised, bypassed, or will prevent injury or property loss.
A properly installed and maintained system can only reduce risks, not eliminate them entirely.
The Company will not be liable for any damages, personal injuries, or property losses resulting from intrusion, burglary, or fire.
If the performance of the security services becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control — including strikes, natural disasters, power failures, or communication breakdowns — the Company may suspend services until conditions normalize.
At its discretion, the Company may reduce charges or extend service periods as compensation.
The Client authorizes the Company to remotely access the premises through the Digital Video Recorder (DVR) to view live footage when deemed necessary or during a security alert.
The Client authorizes the Company or its representatives to access the premises, with prior appointment, for inspection or retrieval of equipment as mentioned in the Agreement.
This Agreement remains valid for 12 months from the date of system commissioning unless terminated earlier as per the agreed terms.
Both the Company and the Client agree not to disclose any confidential information about each other that may be obtained during the course of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes or claims shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Tuticorin.
All notices or communications under this Agreement must be made in writing and delivered to the other Party’s registered address.
